Choose how your family travels
1. Your parents travel with our group
They join a group departure from India with a group leader. We collect their documents locally, and you book and follow along from Singapore.
2. Fly home and travel together
The favourite choice. Take the short flight home, spend a few days with family, then depart with your parents. With an Indian passport, we apply for everyone’s visa together.
3. Meet them in Saudi Arabia
Fly directly from Singapore and join the group in Jeddah or Madinah. We book your hotel in the same building and arrange your transfer.

Where do your parents live?
Our office and daily departures are in Hyderabad, and we also arrange Umrah groups from other Indian cities. If you are travelling with your parents, we plan your flight home to their city too.
Making the most of annual leave
- 7-day package: a week of leave covers Umrah and a few days with family
- 15-day package: a relaxed pace for your parents; you can join for part of it
- Umrah is not possible during the Hajj season, around Hari Raya Haji
Staying in touch from Singapore
Singapore is 2½ hours ahead of India and 5 hours ahead of Makkah. When your parents finish Fajr, it is mid-morning in Singapore, so calling them during the day is easy. We also send a WhatsApp update at the time you choose.
Paying from Singapore
Pay by international bank transfer from your Singapore bank, or pay in rupees at our Hyderabad office when you are home. A family member can also pay on your behalf. A deposit confirms seats and visas; the balance can be paid before departure.

- Passport valid for at least 6 months, for everyone travelling
- Recent photos with a white background
- Meningitis (ACYW) vaccination certificate, required by Saudi Arabia
- Flying from Singapore: a copy of your Employment Pass, S Pass or PR card
Visas
Which visa do you need?
- Indian passport, joining the group in India: we apply for your Umrah visa with your parents’ visas.
- Singapore passport holders: can usually use the Saudi tourist eVisa, which allows Umrah outside the Hajj season.
- Indian passport, flying from Singapore: usually needs an Umrah visa arranged through an agent, which we can do for you.

Questions from families in Singapore
I have an Indian passport and live in Singapore. Can I join my parents’ group in India?
Yes. This is the simplest way. You fly home and travel with the group, and we apply for your Umrah visa together with your parents’ visas.
Can you also book my flight from Singapore to India?
Yes. We can book your flights between Singapore and your parents’ city along with the Umrah package, so all your dates line up.
Can we pay when we arrive in India?
A deposit is needed to confirm seats and apply for visas. The balance can be paid at our office before departure.
Is 7 days enough for elderly parents?
7 days works for parents who are fit and active. For parents over 60, or with mobility needs, we suggest the 15-day package so they can rest between visits to the Haram.
Can grandchildren come too?
Yes. Children can travel in the same group, with family rooms and child fares. Message us with the children’s ages for a quote.
