  • Non-Refundable Fees: All embassy visa fees, VFS charges, and our service fees are non-refundable once the application has been processed or submitted, regardless of the visa outcome.

  • Processing Times: Any timelines provided for visa processing are estimates based on current embassy trends and are subject to change without notice.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • Payment Requirement: Bookings for tours, flights, or hotels are only confirmed once the specified deposit or full payment has been received.

  • Price Fluctuations: Prices for flights and international tours are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or fuel surcharges until the final payment is made and tickets are issued.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Tour Packages: Cancellation charges for tour packages vary depending on the proximity of the departure date and the policies of our partner hotels and airlines.

  • Flight Tickets: Refund eligibility for air tickets depends entirely on the airline’s “Fare Rules.” Promotional or “Economy Lite” fares are often non-refundable.

  • Passport Validity: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their passport is valid for at least six months from the date of intended travel.

  • Health and Safety: Clients must ensure they meet the health, vaccination, and entry requirements of their destination country.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yaseen Overseas acts as a facilitator between the traveler and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, embassies). We are not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or overbookings by airlines or hotels.

  • Loss of personal belongings or injury during travel.

8. Force Majeure

Yaseen Overseas shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, or sudden embassy closures.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
