Umrah visa
For Umrah with our group or a private package. We handle the visa, Nusuk registration, hotels and transport together. See Umrah dates →
Tourist e-Visa
For Indians holding a valid US, UK or Schengen visa, or a GCC residence permit. Multiple entry, and Umrah is allowed outside the Hajj season.
Family visit visa
To visit parents, spouse or children working in Saudi Arabia, on an invitation from your family member in the Kingdom.
Business visit visa
For meetings and trade, with an invitation letter attested by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce.

Health insurance is included with e-Visas; for stamped visas it is bought separately. Government fees change with the riyal rate, so we confirm the final amount before you pay.

- Passport valid for at least 6 months, with two blank pages
- Clear colour copy of the passport front and back page
- Recent photo with a white background
- For the tourist e-Visa: copy of your valid US, UK or Schengen visa, or GCC residence permit
- Confirmed return ticket and hotel booking (we can arrange these)
Documents: family, business and work visas
- Original passport valid for at least 6 months
- Two recent photos with a white background
- Family visit: invitation (visa number) from your relative in Saudi Arabia, and proof of relationship
- Business: invitation letter attested by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce, and a company covering letter
- Work: visa number, medical fitness report, police clearance and attested certificates where required
- Bank statements for the last 6 months, if asked

Rules to know
Important Saudi visa rules
- The tourist e-Visa allows Umrah outside the Hajj season; it is not valid for Hajj.
- Umrah needs a permit on the Nusuk app for every visit to the Haram, booked before you go.
- Women of all ages can travel for Umrah or tourism without a mahram, in a group or with family.
- Overstaying your visa leads to fines and can block future visas, so plan your return within the visa stay.
- Respect local customs: modest dress in public places and at religious sites.
- Government fees and portal charges are non-refundable once the application is lodged; our service fee is non-refundable once processing starts.
- Visa rules change often. We confirm the current rules for your case before you pay.

Saudi Arabia visa questions
Can Indians get a Saudi tourist e-Visa?
Yes, if you hold a valid US, UK or Schengen visa that has been used at least once, or a residence permit of a GCC country. Others can travel on an Umrah visa, a family or business visit visa, or the 96-hour stopover visa.
Can I perform Umrah on a tourist visa?
Yes. The Saudi tourist e-Visa allows Umrah outside the Hajj season. You must book an Umrah permit on the Nusuk app before visiting the Haram.
How long does a Saudi visa take from Hyderabad?
e-Visas are usually issued within 1 to 3 working days after we receive complete documents. Stamped visit and work visas take longer, depending on the visa centre appointment.
Do I need to visit your office?
Not for e-Visas or the Umrah visa: send passport copies on WhatsApp or by email and pay online. For stamped visas we need the original passport, which you can drop at our Banjara Hills office.
What is the Saudi family visit visa?
It lets you visit a family member who lives and works in Saudi Arabia. Your relative applies for the invitation in Saudi Arabia, sends you the visa number, and we complete the stamping in India.
Is health insurance needed for a Saudi visa?
Yes. Health insurance is included in the e-Visa fee. For stamped visit visas it is bought separately, and we arrange it for you.
Can women travel to Saudi Arabia without a mahram?
Yes. Women of all ages can travel for Umrah or tourism without a mahram, in a group or with family.
How do I pay the visa fee?
