Best time to visit Turkey
April to June and September to November bring mild, pleasant weather for walking tours and the best conditions for Cappadocia balloon flights. Summer is hot and crowded; winter is cold, with snow in Cappadocia, and has the lowest prices.

e-Visa with a valid US, UK or Schengen visa; otherwise sticker visa
Indians who hold a valid US, UK, Schengen or Irish visa or residence permit can get a Türkiye e-Visa online. Others apply for a sticker visa through the visa application centre, which takes longer; please book early.

Do Indians need a visa for Turkey?
Yes. Indians who hold a valid US, UK, Schengen or Irish visa or residence permit can usually get the Türkiye e-Visa online. Others apply for a sticker visa through the visa application centre, which takes longer, so please book three to four weeks ahead.
Is there a direct flight from Hyderabad to Istanbul?
Most routes from Hyderabad have one stop, often in Delhi, Mumbai or a Gulf city, and take about 9 to 11 hours in total. We will suggest the best connection for your dates.
Is the hot-air balloon ride included?
It is an optional extra because flights depend on the weather on the morning itself. Add it when you check the price, and we will try for a second morning if the first is cancelled.
How many days do we need?
Six or seven nights gives you Istanbul and Cappadocia at a comfortable pace. Add Bursa, Pamukkale or Antalya with two or three more nights.
Is Turkey good for elderly parents?
Yes, with planning. Istanbul’s old city has hills and cobbled streets, so we keep walking short, choose central hotels and can arrange private transfers.
