Booking from Canada, in five simple steps

  1. Message usSend your parents’ city, preferred month and any health needs on WhatsApp.
  2. We call your parentsOur team explains everything in Urdu, Hindi, Telugu or English and collects their documents, in person in Hyderabad or by courier from other cities.
  3. You confirm and payThe booking details and invoice come to you on WhatsApp and email.
  4. We do the paperworkUmrah visa, Nusuk registration, flights and hotels, with copies sent to you.
  5. Travel day and beyondThe group leader meets your parents at the departure airport, and you get updates at every stage.

Where do your parents live?

Our office and daily departures are in Hyderabad. We also arrange Umrah groups from other Indian cities. Choose your parents’ city to see dates, hotels and live prices.

Updates that suit Canadian time

India is 9½ hours ahead of Toronto and 12½ hours ahead of Vancouver in summer, one hour more in winter. We send a short WhatsApp update each day at the time you choose, usually your morning or evening, with photos from the group where possible.

Paying from Canada

Pay by international bank transfer from your Canadian bank, or a family member can pay in rupees at our Hyderabad office. Packages are priced in rupees and your bank converts from Canadian dollars. Your receipt arrives on WhatsApp.

Looking after elderly parents

  • A group leader guides every step of the Umrah
  • Wheelchair assistance can be arranged at airports and in the Haram
  • Hotels closer to the Haram on request, for less walking
  • They travel in a group, often with families from their own area

Documents your parents need

  • Indian passport valid for at least 6 months from travel
  • Recent photos with a white background
  • Meningitis (ACYW) vaccination certificate, required by Saudi Arabia
  • Women under 45 without a mahram: ask us about the current rules

Want to join your parents from Canada?

Fly from Canada to Jeddah or Madinah and meet your parents’ group in Saudi Arabia. Canadian passport holders can usually use the Saudi tourist eVisa, which allows Umrah outside the Hajj season. We book your hotel in the same building as the group and arrange your airport transfer, so the whole family performs Umrah together.

Questions from families in Canada

Can I book my parents’ Umrah without coming to India?

Yes. Most families in Canada book entirely on WhatsApp. We speak to your parents wherever they live in India, collect their documents, and send you every confirmation.

How early should I book?

Groups leave Hyderabad daily and other cities regularly, but popular dates, Ramadan and school holidays fill quickly. Booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead gives enough time for the visa and the best choice of hotels.

My parents are elderly. Is the 15-day package too tiring?

Many of our pilgrims are over 60. The 15-day package allows a relaxed pace, and we can arrange wheelchair assistance and hotels closer to the Haram. If time is short, a 7-day package is also available.

Can I pay in Canadian dollars?

Packages are priced in Indian rupees. You pay by international transfer and your bank converts from Canadian dollars, or a family member can pay in rupees at our office.

How will I know my parents are safe?

You receive WhatsApp updates at each stage: departure from Hyderabad, arrival in Saudi Arabia, hotel check-in, completion of Umrah, and return. You also get the group leader’s contact number before they travel.
