USA Visitor Visa for Parents (B-2)
The B-2 visa covers tourism and visiting relatives. First, your parents complete the online DS-160 form. Then they attend a visa interview at a US consulate.

Which US visa do parents need to visit their children?
Parents visiting family in the USA usually apply for a B-2 visitor visa, which covers tourism and visiting relatives. They fill in the online DS-160 form and attend a visa interview.
