In 2026, Indian travelers to Turkey are categorized into two groups: those eligible for the instant e-Visa and those requiring a Sticker Visa through Gateway Globe.

Key Processing Details:

  • e-Visa Eligibility: Indian passport holders can ONLY apply for the e-Visa if they have a valid and currently active visa or residence permit from the USA, UK, Ireland, or any Schengen country. E-passports from India are fully compatible with this system in 2026.

  • Financial Requirement: For sticker visas, a personal bank statement for the last 6 months is mandatory, showing a minimum balance of ₹1,50,000 per person.

  • Mandatory Insurance: Travel insurance with a minimum coverage of $50,000 is required for all categories.

  • Processing Time: * e-Visa: 24–48 Hours.

    • Sticker Visa: 10–15 Working Days (Appointments at Gateway Globe Hyderabad should be booked 4 weeks in advance).

  • Photo Specification: 2.5 x 2.5 inches, white background, biometric (80% face coverage).
