Your package itinerary for Switzerland Visa
First Day :
Arrive at the Zurich Airport and board an onward train to Interlaken. On arrival at Interlaken, check-in at the hotel and relax for some time. Located between the two Alpine Lakes, Interlaken is an ideal starting point for countless excursions. Discover Interlaken along with its scenic landscape, valleys, mountains and lakes. Unwind for a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Interlaken.
Second Day :
After a healthy breakfast proceed to Jungfrau using your Swiss Rail pass. Board a train from Interlaken to either Lauterbrunnen or Grindelwald. From there you will then be transferred to the Wengernalp Railway, which will again take you to Kleine Scheidegg as you pass beneath the Jungfraujoch with a view of the Eiger North Face. Then the final train is the Jungfrau Railway which is a cog wheel train. It starts from Kleine Scheidegg and takes you directly to the Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe. Next, the Jungfrau railway climbs to the Eiger Glacier station well known for its mountain restaurant and polar dog kennels. Then continue through the Eiger tunnel as you enjoy spectacular vistas on the way to the highest railway station in Europe. At last stop by Jungfraujoch and disembark. You can spend the day on your own exploring the various points of attraction on Jungfraujoch. Visit the largest glacier in the Alps – Great Aletsch Glacier. Next visit the Ice Palace which is a castle like structure made from blocks of ice that are usually harvested from the nearby lakes and rivers when they become frozen in the water and is home to some unique and beautifully sculpted ice sculptures. Then visit the Ice Gateway and Sphinx Observatory which is one of the highest observatories in the world. On the way back to Jungfraujoch subject to time availability, you can visit the Trummelbach Falls, constituting 7 waterfalls inside the mountain. The Trummelbach Falls are Europe’s largest subterranean waterfalls and the world’s only glacier waterfalls that are accessible underground by lift, galleries, tunnels, paths and platforms. After the tour return back to Interlaken as you enjoy a relaxing overnight stay at the hotel.
Third Day :
Have a delightful breakfast and check-out from the hotel. Head to the train station as you board a train to Lucerne, a beautiful small city in the heartland of Switzerland. On arrival on a seat in coach basis get transferred to the hotel and check-in. In the evening walk around this beautiful Swiss town on your own. You may visit Kappel Bridge and Lion Monument that was built in 1821 for the 786 Swiss soldiers who sacrificed their lives while performing their duties. At a supplement cost you can enjoy a cruise on the lovely Lake Lucerne and admire the nature at its best. Return back to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Lucerne.
Fourth Day :
After a healthy breakfast check-out from the hotel. Leave your luggage at left luggage at the hotel. Head to Engelberg and enjoy a trip to Mt Titlis. Experience a fantastic journey on the world’s first revolving cable car – RotAir as you witness breath taking snowy mountain landscapes. Disembark at Mt Titlis and spend the day enjoying the snow and also a ride on the Ice Flyer. After the excursion return to Lucerne by train and pick up your luggage. Proceed to the Lucerne railway station as you board an evening train to Zurich, the largest city in Switzerland. On arrival, head by the hotel shuttle to the hotel and check-in. Enjoy a relaxing overnight stay in Zurich.
Fifth Day :
After breakfast, you may choose to visit Rhine Falls in the morning on your own. It is worth seeing the biggest waterfall in Switzerland and a quick train journey from Zurich. You may also choose to join the Zurich Trolley Experience on a seat in coach basis in the afternoon. Enjoy a one of its kind experience as you cruise the city on a trolley. Head back to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Zurich.
Sixth Day :
Grab a delicious breakfast and check-out from the hotel. Proceed to the Zurich Airport as you board a flight for your onward destination. Take back beautiful memories of this amazing vacation.
