Documents required
- Original Passport in good condition, with at least 6 months validity and must have at least two empty pages facing each other.
- Passport must not have any restrictions or conditions which prevent passport holder from entering his/ her country or traveling.
- Recent photograph no more than 3 Months with white background with frontal view.2inch x 2inch (51 mm x 51 mm).
- A copy of the electronic invitation letter issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Copy of the sponsor’s Saudi ID / Iqama
- Copy of sponsor’s Passport
Additional Requirements for Delhi Jurisdiction
- A copy of the first and last pages of the passport.
- Original CDC in case of sailor.
- Photocopies of passport pages containing any conditions, notes, visa data or stamp must be submitted.
- Highest degree must be Apostille from MEA with E -Sanad copy.
- A letter of introduction to the invited visitor from a certified currency stating his commercial or professional status.
- A valid commercial registration copy of the company in Saudi Arabia. (Expired registrations will not be accepted as supporting documents.)
- A company covering letter with an original seal and signature, addressed to the Royal Embassy General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Delhi. (The applicant’s designation must match the designation mentioned in the invitation letter.)
- A letter from the Chamber of Commerce or an association letter with stamp and signature, mentioning the applicant’s designation, addressed to the Royal Embassy General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Delhi. (The applicant’s designation must match the designation mentioned in the invitation letter.)
- If the applicant is a foreign national, a copy of their valid visa status in India must be provided.
Additional Requirements for Mumbai Jurisdiction
- A copy of the first and last pages of the passport.
- If the applicant has an existing valid visa in the same passport, regardless of the visa type, a visa cancellation form must be submitted.
- Name (First and Last Name) on invitation/pre-approval letter must be same as mentioned on the passport (Sponsor/Applicant).
- Photocopies of passport pages containing any conditions, notes, visa data or stamp must be submitted.
- All documents (front and back) apostilled by MEA has to be legally translated into Arabic before submission.
- An electronic invitation letter from the company in Saudi Arabia.
- A letter of introduction to the invited visitor from a certified currency stating his commercial or professional status.
- A valid commercial registration copy of the company in Saudi Arabia. (Expired registrations will not be accepted as supporting documents.)
- A covering letter from the Indian company with an original seal and signature, addressed to the Royal Consulate General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Mumbai. (The applicant’s designation must match the designation mentioned in the invitation letter.)
- A letter from the Indian Chamber of Commerce or an association letter with the applicant’s designation, addressed to the Royal Consulate General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Mumbai. (The applicant’s designation must match the designation mentioned in the invitation letter.)
- A coloured copy of relevant educational qualifications.
- If the applicant is a foreign national, a copy of their valid visa status in India must be provided.
NOTES
- The documents listed above are required in accordance with Saudi Arabia Immigration rules and are liable to change. Additional documents or information for visa process may be required if requested by the Mission. Documents submitted must be clear and legible.
- Applicants between the age of 6 – 80 years old must be present in the visa application center at the time of submission for biometrics capture.
- Applicants can select the visa service center, as per their Invitation or Pre-approved letter is addressed to.
- Document must be submitted in Arabic / English
- In case of exceptions like injury to hand, additional digits on the hand or missing fingers it is mandatory to provide a medical certificate.
- Applicants are advised not to book flight tickets before the visa is approved unless specifically requested by the Embassy.
- Visa issuance/ Refusal is the sole discretion of the Embassy/ Consulate Saudi Arabia; Tasheer Centers have no influence whatsoever on the additional documents asked, processing timelines or the outcome of the visa decision
