DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Form 14A to be completed and signed by the applicant, and submitted together with the following documents:

1. One recent passport-sized colour photograph taken within the last 3 months. Photograph should be in colour, must be taken against a white background with a matt or semi-matt finish. Image must show the full face and without headgear (headgear worn in accordance with religious or racial customs is acceptable but must not hide facial features)
2. Original passport together with photocopies of the relevant pages (bio-data page, valid UK visa/residence permit in the UK, visa endorsement to your next destination after Singapore)
   Please ensure that, at the time of submission, the passport is valid for at least 6 months upon your arrival date in Singapore

• A photocopy of your return/onward ticket/flight*/cruise itinerary (*showing the flight numbers, dates of entry into & out of Singapore)
• Coloured Photograph : Two matt-finished, coloured photographs with white background. It should be an 80% face close up and 35mm x 45mm in size. The photograph should not be older than 3 months.(Please note the photos which are not earlier used and without specs, teeth should not visible,ears & eyes should be clearly visible, don’t wear any caps/if any religious caps ensure the ears should be visible properly)
• Cover Letter : Accommodation address should be mentioned on covering letter (Covering letter from Applicant stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and saying that all the expenses including medical, boarding and lodging will be borne by the Applicant. In case the applicant is travelling with someone, their name, relationship with the applicant , occupation and passport details should be mentioned on the covering letter) 

   

  Invitee docs (If someone is inviting from Singapore)
  • Invitation Letter : Invitation letter from Invitee counterpart stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and with the detail of expenses taken care by invitee, Passport copy of the invitee. If the invitee is not a citizen, a copy of a valid residence permit is needed.
  • Invitee’s FIN ID card & Passport copy
  • Invitee is holding a (S/T Pass) then V39 form mandatory required

    VISA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY INTO SINGAPORE FOR UK AND IRELAND
    British and Irish passport holders do not require visas to visit Singapore for a stay of less than one month, if they have a passport valid for at least 6 months upon entry, a confirmed onward return ticket and sufficient funds for their stay in Singapore.
