Customers traveling to Doha may be required to get their visas verified. After verification, the relevant office will insert an ‘OK to Board’ message in the booking.

Please note that ‘OK to Board’ message is not required for the following categories of travelers for travel to Doha:

• Customers holding valid Resident Permit or passport stamped with Resident Visa
• Customers eligible for “Visa On Arrival” irrespective of nationality
• Customers traveling with a print-out of Business & Tourist e-Visa

The sponsor is required to deposit the original visa at the Oman Aviation Visa Counter at Muscat Airport along with the arriving flight details and obtain a visa deposit receipt from them. The sponsor is then required to approach Airlines representative office in Muscat, M/s Muscat International Services, Building No. 164, Way No. 3305, Al Khuwair, Sultanate of Oman, Tel: 24400830, during normal working hours/workdays, with the original visa deposit receipt and one photocopy each of visa and visa deposit receipt. The staff concerned will verify the authenticity of the visa deposit receipt and insert “OK to Board” message in the PNR. One photocopy each of the visa and the visa deposit receipt will be retained by our representative office. A service charge of OMR 1.500 will be levied to the sponsor at the time of verification of visa. This charge may change without prior notice.

‘OK to Board’ can be processed at Airlines Sales Office in Doha. The staff concerned will verify the authenticity of the visa and insert “OK to Board” message on PNR. A service charge of QAR 15 will be levied to the sponsor at the time of verification of visa. This charge may change without prior notice. Please note that the visa copy will be retained by the office/agency.
